How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Popular items sell out quickly!
Is a deposit required to reserve items?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and rentals. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are typically non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling depending on availability.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage may result in additional charges.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for one day/event, but extended rentals can be arranged upon request.
